- Product analytics data submitted through the ClickSight tracking script, such as sessions, page views, clicks, events, funnels, and behavior flows.

How we use information
We use information to run the service responsibly and make the product useful.
- To provide, maintain, and secure the ClickSight website and application.
- To process signups, subscriptions, billing requests, and customer support conversations.

Analytics and product data
ClickSight is designed to help teams analyze user behavior on their own websites and products. When customers install the ClickSight script, ClickSight may process behavioral data submitted by that customer’s website.
- Session recordings and event data are processed on behalf of the customer for the customer’s own reporting and diagnostics.
- Customers are responsible for configuring their implementation in a way that fits their privacy, consent, and disclosure obligations.
- We encourage customers to mask or avoid collecting sensitive information and to review setup guidance before using replay or event tracking broadly.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Product analytics retention may also depend on the customer’s selected plan.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your rights
